Yes, Czech republic and Slovakia are two separate countries since 1993, but we still occasionally call ourselves brothers (mostly when one of the two drops out of hockey championship and the other needs someone to cheer for). And although we are not together for almost 20 years now, our countries remained interconnected in various, sometimes very interesting ways. One of them for sure is bilingual food packaging. Here I present you my recent discoveries that show how products sold on both Czech and Slovak markets deal with the language differences.
